Rules and guidelines for tour reservations and operations

1. Booking confirmation and payment terms
All tour reservations are processed and confirmed instantly upon successful payment completion through our certified payment gateway. An official booking confirmation and digital ticket will be automatically issued to your registered email address. We reserve the right to void any reservation associated with fraudulent payment attempts or unreachable contact credentials.
2. Pricing, inclusions, and transport fees
All published rates are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include the classic Willys Jeep, licensed driver, fuel, and designated itinerary stops. Optional hotel pick-up and drop-off services are calculated transparently based on route distance and vehicle capacity. Any additional personal expenses or off-itinerary stops remain the responsibility of the guest.
3. Health and physical limitations
Due to the rugged off-road terrain and physical dynamics of open-top 4x4 Willys Jeeps, our tours are not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with severe back or neck conditions, acute heart ailments, or mobility impairments. By proceeding with the reservation, guests legally certify that all registered participants are medically fit for active outdoor excursions.
4. Pick-up logistics and punctuality
Guests opting for hotel transfers must provide accurate pick-up locations via our booking locator and be ready at their designated hotel lobby or meeting point at the scheduled departure time. Significant delays caused by guest unpunctuality may lead to shortened tour itineraries or cancellation without entitlement to compensation.
5. Safety compliance during jeep expedition
Guest safety is non-negotiable. All passengers must strictly adhere to instructions and safety briefings provided by our drivers and local guides. Passengers must remain securely seated within the vehicle frame at all times while the jeep is in motion, especially across uneven dirt tracks and river crossings.
6. Right to refuse or terminate service
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, our drivers and management reserve the absolute right to refuse boarding or immediately terminate the tour without refund for any individual who appears intoxicated, displays abusive behavior toward staff or locals, or willfully disregards fundamental vehicle safety protocols.
7. Limitation of liability and force majeure
While Sidemen Jeep Tours maintains rigorous vehicle safety and maintenance standards, we shall not be held liable for personal property damage, delays, or route alterations caused by natural force majeure, landslides, extreme weather, or regional road closures. Cancellations and refunds resulting from safety closures are strictly governed by our cancellation policy.
