How do I book a Willys jeep tour?
You can book directly and securely through our online reservation system on this website, or message our team via WhatsApp for custom arrangements. We recommend booking in advance to lock in your preferred date and departure slot.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
We offer a 100% full refund for cancellations submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour start time (local Bali time / WITA). Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are strictly non-refundable.
What are the departure times and tour schedules?
Our tours operate on dedicated departure time slots between 09:00 and 14:00 daily. You can select your preferred time slot directly during the online checkout process, and your driver will be ready at the scheduled time.
Do you offer hotel pick-up and drop-off services?
Yes, optional private hotel transfers can be added directly during booking. Our system automatically calculates the transport fee based on your hotel or villa location in Bali using Google Maps. Alternatively, you can meet us directly at our Sidemen basecamp.
What is included in the tour package?
Your booking includes a vintage open-top 4x4 Willys Jeep, a licensed and experienced local driver-guide, vehicle fuel, and designated itinerary scenic stops across the Sidemen valley. Hotel transfers and personal expenses can be added during reservation.
Can we adjust the itinerary or request special stops?
Yes. While our standard route is thoughtfully designed to showcase the best rice terraces, rivers, and viewpoints of Sidemen, our local drivers are happy to accommodate reasonable route tweaks and photo stops along the way.
Are children and families allowed on the Willys Jeep?
Children are welcome under adult supervision and typically love the open-top ride. However, all passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion. For safety reasons, off-road tours are not suitable for pregnant women or infants.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Online bookings must be completed at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle and driver availability. If you are seeking a same-day tour, please reach out to us via WhatsApp to check real-time availability.
What payment methods are accepted?
All payments are processed securely online at checkout via our certified payment gateway (Xendit). We accept major international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express), bank virtual accounts, and QRIS.
