    • Primary contact details including your full name, email address, and mobile or WhatsApp number with international country dialing code.
    • Excursion itinerary details including your selected tour date, scheduled time slot, and participant counts.
    • Transportation and hotel pick-up details, including property name and geolocation coordinates retrieved via Google Maps services.
    • Anonymous browser session data and website analytics recorded via essential cookies and Google Analytics.

  • 2. Payment gateway and financial data security

    All financial transactions are handled securely through our PCI-DSS certified payment gateway partner (Xendit):

    • Payment card numbers, expiry dates, and CVV security codes are entered directly on the payment gateway's encrypted checkout page.
    • Sidemen Jeep Tours does not process, store, or have access to your full credit card or sensitive banking credentials on our servers.
    • Only payment verification statuses and transaction identifiers are transmitted back to our system to confirm your reservation and process eligible refunds.

  • 3. Information sharing and operational disclosure

    We strictly respect your privacy and never sell or rent your data. Personal details are shared exclusively for tour fulfillment:

    • With assigned local jeep drivers and field coordinators to confirm pick-up locations and manage on-ground tour logistics in Sidemen.
    • With verified payment processors and fraud prevention systems to authenticate your booking transaction.
    • When strictly mandated by applicable Indonesian law or emergency medical personnel during unforeseen incidents in the field.

  • 4. Data security and user rights

    We implement modern SSL/TLS encryption and strict server-side safeguards to protect your reservation data. You retain the right to inquire about your stored booking history or request the permanent deletion of your contact information once your tour has concluded.
